Biography
Gina is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and estate administration. Her practice includes the drafting of Wills and the creation and administration of a wide range of trusts, including revocable, irrevocable, generation-skipping, split-interest, intentionally defective, and special needs trusts.
Gina also assists clients with the formation and operation of business entities, business succession planning, and the establishment and management of charitable foundations and charitable trusts.
In addition, she has significant expertise in both independent and dependent estate administrations, including heirship determinations, accounting, distribution and partition agreements, and family settlement agreements. Gina is also experienced in trust modification and construction proceedings
