Biography
Hilary began her career in criminal law working as both a prosecutor and defense attorney and has extensive courtroom experience. She now brings the client advocacy, strategic planning, and negotiation tactics she developed in that practice to her work at Gardner Law, where she represents clients in probate litigation, estate administration, and guardianship actions.
Hilary prides herself on connecting with clients on a personal level while helping them navigate the complexities of the legal system.
