Biography
Justin Plescha attended Baylor University, where he earned his B.A. in History in 2017. He then attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where he completed his law degree and simultaneously earned his M.B.A., graduating in 2020.
After law school, Justin began his career in legal aid, assisting low-income individuals with family law matters, protective orders, and estate planning documents. He later joined the Comal County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting all levels of misdemeanors and serving as the specialized prosecutor for the Mental Health Court. Justin then moved into municipal law, advising Texas cities on their day-to-day operations and serving as chief prosecutor for several municipalities.
In November 2025, Justin joined the Gardner Law Firm as an Associate Attorney, where he primarily practices in probate litigation.
