Biography
Gerry A. Lozano attended and graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law while serving on active duty with the United States Air Force. After leaving active duty, she continued her military legal career as an Assistant Judge Advocate with the United States Air Force Reserves-Judge Advocate, retiring in May 1995 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Following her departure from active duty in 1985, Gerry began practicing law in private law firms in San Antonio, serving as a litigation partner at prominent firms including Groce, Locke & Hebdon (1985-2001), Strasburger & Price (2002) and Jackson Walker (2003-2012). During that time, she handled a wide range of business and construction litigation matters in more than 40 Texas counties for both plaintiffs and defendants.
From 2012 to June 2017, Gerry served as an Assistant City Attorney in the City Attorney’s Litigation Division for the City of San Antonio, where she represented the City in both plaintiff and defendant cases. After retiring from the city, she joined Gina De Gennaro, P.C. in July 2017, focusing her practice on fiduciary litigation, probate, and estate administration in Bexar and several other and surrounding Counties.
In April 2025, Gerry joined the Gardner Law Firm as Of Counsel, where she primarily practices in the areas of probating wills and estates and the administration of estates.
